At Dashing Images, we understand the importance of great photos and quick turn around for the current real estate market. We offer various packages to suit the needs of you and your clients. All packages come with color corrected hi-res and MLS sized photos with client access. Blue sky replacement is included with all exterior photos. Our turn around time is typically 24hrs.
Basic Package
Standard photos only. Includes all interior rooms and exterior shots of the house.

1501-2000 sq ft - $125.00
2000-2500 sq ft - $150.00

HDR Package
HDR images of the inside and outside of the house. These are excellent for highlighting the details of a fine home.

Aerial Photography
Our FAA licensed and insured drone pilot will take 5 exteriors shots of the home and 1 overall property image. These unique angles provide your potential buyers a birds eye view of the house and property.

HDR - $150.00

Virtual Tours
We offer virtual tours for you properties. We use a 360 camera to capture the space of your property. You will get full virtual tour with a "doll house" 3d model. This is a great way to add interest from potential clients and buyers. Pricing based on square footage of the property and include 3 months of hosting for the tour.

We offer additional photography of the neighborhood amenities from the ground or using our drone. Inquire for a custom quote based on your needs.

Along with all of the photographic needs you may want, we do videography as well. Video walk throughs, highlight films, and aerial flyovers of the property are all available. Contact for a customized quote.
